• Village of Tsagarada in Pelion is about 45 minutes from Volos and only 1 hour and a half away from Nea Anchialos National Airport.
• Threre are two famous beaches in Tsagarada: Mylopotamos and Fakistra.
• The property is about 5-7 minutes from Mylopotamos beach and 10-12 miunutes from Fakistra and has a great view of Skiathos Island.
• Tsagarada is comprised of 4 different communities (Agious Taxiarxes, Agia Paraskevi, Agia Kyriaki and Agio Stefano) with 4 different public squares. • There are five bedrooms in the first floor of the property. All of them have double beds. Two bedrooms are master with their own bathrooms and have fantastic view to Skiathos Island.
• In the main floor there is a large dining-room which is connected with a living-room. The fire place gives a more traditional tone in the area. In this floor, the visitor can find the kitchen and sitting room.
• In the basement there is a ping-pong, a gym-bicycle, a sauna and a bathroom. The house has a parking area and room that can be transformed in bedroom for the auxiliaries.
• Finally the property includes a plot of nearly 4000 m2 with trees and flowers. In this plot the visitor can use the pool of 72 m2, barbeque place and a warehouse. The buyer could build at least another 750 m2 of building area.
• The surface of each floor is nearly 115 m2. As a result the total surface of the house is nearly 350 m2.
