i) A complete Kernel Olive Oil Extraction Plant (PYRHNELAIOURGEIO) of a capacity of 300 tons of olive Kernel Residue “ELAIOPYRINA” per 24 hours, renovated at 1990. And with a total electrical power of 324, 5 HP, officially licensed & approved. |
ii) An Olive Oil Filtration & Packing Plant of a capacity of 1.500 liters per hour and a group of Olive Oil Stainless Storage Tanks of a total capacity of 1.000 tons of extra virgin olive oil, constructed in 1990-1992. Bottling capacity can reach 48 tons per day. And with a total electrical power of 49,5 HP, officially licensed & approved. The bottling & packing lines have been lost. |
iii) A two stored Office Building of 258 m2 , The first floor was build in 1990. |
The most of the mechanical equipment is jointed (founded) to the buildings. Their condition needs to be checked – Cleaned – Maintained – Repairs & Improvements. A lot & most of the movable parts are lost. |
As the factory is closed for some years, an update, maintains and repairing is needed. |
