TECHNICAL DATA – SUMMARY
Please note that the olive oil factories are sold & bought on the base:

(“Buy as You See Them”).
There are the following:

Premises, land, buildings and machinery  in the Olive Oil factories at the Platanos Heraklion area of Crete in Greece:
A.   LAND

piece of land of 23.241,9m2 , with buildings covering an area of 3.771 m2 where exist (the land is more than the named in the buying contracts, due to a mistake in the design of topography plan):
i)       A complete Kernel Olive Oil Extraction Plant (PYRHNELAIOURGEIO) of a capacity of 300 tons of olive Kernel Residue “ELAIOPYRINA” per 24 hours, renovated at 1990. And with a total electrical power of 324, 5 HP, officially licensed & approved.
ii)      An Olive Oil Filtration & Packing Plant of a capacity of 1.500 liters per hour and a group of Olive Oil Stainless Storage Tanks of a total capacity of 1.000 tons of extra virgin olive oil, constructed in 1990-1992. Bottling capacity can reach 48 tons per day.  And with a total electrical power of 49,5 HP, officially licensed & approved. The bottling & packing lines have been lost.
iii)     A two stored Office Building of 258 m2 , The first floor was build in 1990.
The most of the mechanical equipment is jointed (founded) to the buildings. Their condition needs to be checked – Cleaned – Maintained – Repairs & Improvements.  A lot & most of the movable parts are lost.
As the factory is closed for some years, an update, maintains and repairing is needed.
It follows complete analysis.

The buildings are licensed. Their condition needs to be checked – Cleaned – Maintained & Repaired.  Many doors need to be done.
 
1. CENTRAL OFFICE BUILDING
 
Two-stored office building of good construction, with supporting structure of armed concrete, walls of bricks with coat and central heating, consisting of:
a. Ground floor of surface 144 m2 , with wooden frames and mosaic flooring
b. First floor of surface 144 m2, with frames of aluminum and tiles flooring
c. Canteen of surface 24 m2, of simple construction
2. Kernel Olive Oil Extraction Plant (PyrinelaioUrgio) BUILDINGS
 
a. BOILER HOUSE BUILDING.
Surface 238 m2, height 8,5 m, supporting structure of armed concrete, concrete walls and roof of metal panels.
b. DRYER BUILDING.
Surface 210 m2, height 8,5 m, supporting structure of armed concrete and roof of metal panels.
c. WORKS HOUSE BUILDING
Surface 24 m2, of simple construction.
d. EXTRACTION PLANT BUILDING
Surface 256 m2, height 11 m, three floors, supporting structure of armed concrete, walls of bricks and roof of elenite panels.
e. SPARE PARTS STORE HOUSE.
Surface 77,5 m2, supporting structure of armed concrete, walls of bricks
f. BENZINE (HEXAN) DEPOS.

3. BUILDINGS FOR FILTERING–STANDARDISING & Packing EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
 
a. BUILDING FOR BOTLING
Surface 420 m2, average height 7, 75 m, foundation of armed concrete, supporting structure of iron beams, walls of coated bricks and roof of heat insulating aluminum panels. A part of building (70 m2), has been separated and developed as a chemical laboratory – qualitative control room with a storing place on its roof. This roof has some damages.
b. FILTRATION BULDING – READY PRODUCT STORE HOUSE
Surface 420 m2, foundation of armed concrete, and supporting structure of iron beams, walls of coated bricks and roof of heat insulating aluminum panels.
c. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL DEPOSIT TANK BULDING.
Surface 308 m2, average height 10 m, building foundation and tank foundations of armed concrete, supporting structure of iron beams, walls of concrete simple bricks (no coated) and roof of heat insulating aluminum panels. The door has damages.
d. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (Raw Material) RECEIPT BULDING.
Surface 96 m2, with 5 underground reservoirs for olive oil of 35 m3 capacity, supporting structure of armed concrete and roof of metal panels.
C. Machinery – Equipment.
 
 
I.  Olive Kernel Oil Extraction Plant (Pyrinelaiourgio)
 
1.  BOILER ROOM.
 
a. Steam Unit: MAN Germany, capacity of 4tn of steam at pressure of 10 atm, with two pumps of water. This Unit can be in operation as the second spare unit. To be checked maintained and obtain new certification.
b. Water warming up hearth with tubes, of Greek construction, equipped with “auto-focolare” kernel burner. To be checked.
c. Silo of catering kernel olive wood (pyrinoxylo).
d.  Unit for water desalination with two (2) ion exchange resin containers, of diameter 60cm and height of 2,2 m, and container of brine
e.  Desalinated water reservoir of 3tn.
f.   Dust collector and chimney of the boiler
2.  DRYERS.
 
a.  Olive kernel feeder of 10 ton capacity, with double screws (old)
b.  Sloppy Conveyor belt, length 20 m.
c.  Complete group of the 1st turning dryer, length 14 m, diameter 2,2 m, motor of 1Ο HP
d.  Cooker-hood, capacity of 40.000 m3/h, motor of 3Ο HP
e.  Conveyor belt, length 12 m.
f.   Lift with buckets, height 12 m
g. Complete group of High HOB COMBUSTION – Metal Hearth / Esties Kauseos of the 1st turning dryer, with pimblico and “auto-focolare” kernel wood burner of 1000 cal/h. The Metal Hearth needs to be maintained & to be covered with new pimblico.

 
h.  Complete group of the 2nd turning dryer, length 12 m, diameter 1,8 m, manufacturer KOUPAS.
i.    Cooker-hood, motor of 16 HP
j.         Complete group of High HOB COMBUSTION – Hearth / / Esties Kauseos of the 2nd turning dryer, constructed with fire resistant bricks and “auto-focolare” kernel burner of 700 cal/h.

The Hearth “Esties Kauseos” needs to be maintained & to be covered with new fire resistant bricks.

 
k.   Silo of catering. Lost
l.    Two (2) dust collectors, two (2) dust rooms and two (2) chimneys for channeling water vapors and gases
m. Dry kernel transporting screws, diameter 30 cm, length 20m.
n.  Electric board.  All electric installations must be checked & repaired.
3.  EXTRACTION PLANT
 
a.  Lift with buckets, height 15 m, for transporting dry olive kernel
b.  Transporting screws for the distribution of dry olive kernel, length 20 m.
c. Catering silo, for the 8 of extraction vessels, of 150 ton capacity.
d.  Complete group for the extraction of kernel oil from the dried olive kernel by using hexane and steam, consisting of eight (8) extraction vertical vessels, with diameter 2,3 m and height of 6 m, and a network of 180 m piping with 80 steam and butterfly vanes. All system needs to to be checked by Hydraulic Pressure and maintained.
e.  Complete group of three (3)distillers (lampika) for the recovery of hexane
f.   Complete group of refrigerators, consisting of 1.050 m stainless piping in a reservoir. To be checked.
g.  Hexane trap (Marionette)
h. Hexane-water separator, of a 2 ton/h capacity.
i. Two anti-explosive hexane pumps. The pumps have been stolen.
j.    Two (2) oil pumps. They might be stolen, Please check.
k.   Hexane fume removing emergency pump
l.    Three (3) horizontal metal tanks for hexane, of a 85 ton capacity (the two old)
m. Electric board.  To be checked & repaired
4.  RESERVOIRS (IRON TANKS) FOR THE STORAGE POMACE OIL..
The complete group of reservoirs for the storage of the Brute Kernel Olive Oil / Pomace oil, with a total capacity of 630 tons, consists of the following iron tanks and a network of piping and vanes:
a) two (2) vertical cylindrical vessels of 100 ton each
b) three (3) horizontal cylindrical vessels of 60 ton each
c) one (1) horizontal cylindrical vessel of 65 ton
d) two (2) horizontal cylindrical vessels of 40 ton each
e) one (1) horizontal cylindrical vessel of 30 ton
f ) four (4) vertical cylindrical vessels of 15 ton each
   g) ) one (1) vertical cylindrical vessel of 15 ton
5.  WORK HOUSE.
 
Some simple machinery that have not been stolen. All Lost.
6.  OLIVE KERNEL WOOD SEPERATION PLANT.
Consists of a crucible/sieve, transporting screws, and cyclone separator

2.  OLIVE OIL STANDARDISATION PLANT
1.  GALIGANI FILTERPRESS Type 600-50, filtering surface 31,3 m2, volume 392 liters, with olive oil pump.
2.  GALIGANI POLISHING FILTERPRESS Type 320-60, filtering surface 100 m2, with olive oil pump.
3.  Filling machine for tin containers of 5 and 10 liters, semiautomatic.
4.  Cleaning machine (air) Type ALPHA 12 SC804, capacity of 2000 bottles/h
5.  Cap supplying setting. (Lost).
6.  Temperature Controlled Vertical Stainless Tank, of 15 ton, connected to the filter-presses.
7.  Heat Exchanger, stainless steel 22/25
8.  Stainless Steel Tanks, three (3) of 15ton each, for the filtered olive oil.
9.  COMPLETE  stainless steel SYSTEM OF 1000 MT tanks WITH ALL PIPES & VALVES For EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, CONSTITUTED:,

eight (8) vertical tanks (with feet), 30 ton each,

two (2) vertical tanks (on ground), 155 ton each,

one (1) vertical tank (on ground), 85 ton),

and a network of a 100 m stainless piping (diameter 85 mm)

With 12 stainless vanes and tooth pump.
10.  A horizontal ENAMELLED TANK, of 40 ton
10.  A horizontal Iron Tank For Industrial Olive Oil TANK, of 20 ton
12.  An automatic scale of 255 kilos.

13.  Electric Board (To Be checked)
 

 

3. VARIOUS – Supporting equipment  
1.  Weigh-bridge of 40 ton (repaired lately)
2.      Two (2) Drillings of 70 m and 150 m, with 4” pumps (pomones).

Need to be repaired.
 
3.  Complete Firefighting Network with Pressurizing Tank and Pump, with independent petrol generator. Please check & to be completed. (Lost).
 
4.  Electricity Substation for transformation of high frequency current and Distribution Electric Board, 200 HP
 
5.  Fire extinguishers on Wheels two (2) of 50 kg and 0ne (1) of Dust 10 kg.
 
6.  Piston mobile pump
 
7.  Offices Central Heating with radiators and boiler with kernel burner.
