Investment opportunity to buy property in southern Crete … On…
The plot is located on one of the best and most beautiful beaches of Rhodes, in the area of Haraki.
The area retains its natural beauty, as it has not been developed touristy.
Here in the area of Haraki, the visitor can find few houses and villas and very few lodgings for rent. It will also find a restaurant and café, as well as a supermarket nearby for shopping.
The plot as you can see in the photos, is just a few meters from the sea.
It is out of the city plan and wants more square meters so you can build something permanent, but you can place a caravan or build a house that can be transported (construction that is not permanent, does not need a permit).
It is ideal for enjoying your baths in the crystal-clear sea of the area, to relax away from the hubbub of the city, but also to live in this small paradise if you want it permanently.
It is a unique opportunity to get a better quality of life, here in Haraki area on the beautiful island of Rhodes.
The island of Rhodes has a harbor and an international airport with direct flights from many countries of the world.
The owner Mrs. Mavriou Xenia does not speak foreign languages, so please send her an email if you want to ask for something or if you are interested and simple and understandable the text of your message so that it can answer you.
SOME INFORMATION ABOUT HARAKI AREA:
Haraki is approximately 38km from Rhodes and about 20km from Lindos. Located on the east coast of the island, it is a small and quiet fishing village with a pebbly beach and fish tavernas offering views across to Lindos.
Nearby is the medieval fortress of Feraklos which dominates its picturesque setting while at just a short walk lies the marvelous sandy beach of Agathi with very shallow waters – extremely warm during the summer months.
Haraki is an ideal place for families wishing to spend a relaxed holiday. The pebbly bay is small but not overcrowded and the water is crystal clear. Some of the bars and restaurants remain open during the winter months making it a very popular spot.
